I bought this same unit on ebay for $35 after reading all the ads. Then selected an individual who stated theirs was the latest version. My package came with 4 collar batteries and the 9V for the remote. I shocked myself at the lowest and highest of the 6 settings, and the highest was not something I'd want to endure for a long period, but neither do I feel it is too hard or cruel for the dog.

Better than my foot in his.... :o)

After just few days of wearing the collar, now all he has to do is see the remote and he quickly stops and sits... Also, to preserve the battery, the user is suppose to remove the battery from the collar except for times of training. Myself, I don't trust anything on the dog that might hurt him, unless we are around to watch over him.

I am sure there are lemons in every bunch from these overseas manufacturers, but for the money, I'm very glad I chose this item.

Love my new puppy, but had to do something quick to get rid of the annoying habits and this worked like a charm for us...

The dog gets to stay!!!

Good Luck,

the collar has to be fairly tight on your dog for it to work. I'm not sure if this is a good training aid, I think it is more of as a last resort. I used it on and off for a couple of weeks, but now I no longer use it.
Sux!

This item sux! We pressed the 6 which is suppose to be the highest and it barely fazed our 3 month old husky puppy. Not to mention it broke after that. One shock and it no longer worked! We even changed out the batteries thinking they just sent us some bad batteries and nope its a dud! Not to mention the company won't return my emails or refund my money so I have wasted $50! Don't buy this item ever unless you enjoy wasting your money!
Don't bother

Reviewer: A. Nelson,
I ordered this item and got it in the mail brand new. It worked for like half a day and then the batteries died. We replaced the batteries and it seemed to work for a little bit again before the batteries died yet again. If you buy this product you better buy stock in batteries and then plan on changing them at least 5 times a day! Horrible product!! Was very disappointing.
Do not buy this Product

Do not buy anything from this seller. Do not buy this product especiall.if you are in the market for a training collar i just got a Guardian by PetSafe. i bought mine from Wally World for $99 i'm sure they are on here. If you want a traing collar it's best just to go ahead and spend the money.
